Voter Registration at Washington Mystics Game
About this event
The Washington Mystics invited LWVDC to register voters and promote Vote411 at their Commissioner’s Cup, a tournament the first two weeks of June, as well as in September. The Mystics, working with the National League of Women Voters, will also promote VOTE411 in their stadium at games and also via digital marketing.
We need volunteers on Friday, June 7th. (game tips off at 7:30pm; table would need to be set up by 5:30pm.). This game is a Commissioners Cup game. This game, due to the demand, has been moved to Capital One Arena and will be a sold out crowd of 17,000+. This is a huge opportunity to talk to a much bigger audience about Vote411. This could also be a great opportunity to talk to our fans about volunteering with LWV.
