Results of 2024 DC Youth Voter Registration Campaign
About this event
Leagues across the nation, including LWVDC and our allies, worked tirelessly to register young people last year. In DC we partnered with community organizations, such as the State Board of Education, Washington Section of National Council of Negro Women, and National Women’s Foundation on this initiative. How did we do? Join us Tuesday, March 18 on Zoom to learn what worked, what the results tell us about the path forward, and strategize how to ensure that DC’s young people are ready and energized to vote. Our presenter will be Diya Bardwell, LWVDC member, DC youth leader, and Syracuse University scholar.
