Events - Event View

LWVDC volunteers will visit several DC high school classrooms where American University Marshall-Brennan Law School fellows teach civics and constitutional law. Our volunteers will engage the students on voting -- how to register, ways to engage their peers in the voting process, and how to get information about candidates and the issues.  We need three volunteers for each 1-hour event and will train the volunteers in advance.  You can join a training session on January 11th at 7pm (register here ) OR January 13th at 10:30am (register here). You only need to attend one training.
